Bradley Beal not expected to accept max extension offer from Wizards?


Bradley Beal has only a few more weeks to decide whether or not he wants to accept the three-year, $111 million max contract extension he has been offered from the Washington Wizards, and it sounds like he is comfortable playing another season under his current deal rather than taking the financial security.

Beal is leaning toward not signing the extension, according to Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald (h/t NBA Central). The two-time All-Star would prefer to see how the season unfolds in Washington before committing to the team for another three years.
