Bloodstock Agent McGreevy Joins Breeze Easy Team

Leading bloodstock agent Tom McGreevy has joined Breeze Easy LLC – a partnership owned by Mike Hall and Sam Ross – to select horses on an exclusive basis commencing with the OBS Spring 2-Year-Olds in Training Sale on June 9-12

“We are delighted that Tom will be working with Breeze Easy as we continue to develop our racing and breeding operation,” said Breeze Easy managing partner, Mike Hall.

“Tom’s track-record and reputation go before him, and we are extremely fortunate that the opportunity for him to join our team presented itself,” added Breeze Easy racing manager Mike Mollica.

The vastly experienced McGreevy has carved out a formidable record as a purchaser of young horses, particularly during a lengthy tenure with Rick Porter’s Fox Hill Farm. Among the major runners selected by McGreevy are Horse of the Year Havre De Grace; Songbird, an Eclipse Award winner at two and three; champion sprinter and Breeders’ Cup winner Midnight Lute; Breeder’s Cup Dirt Mile victor Battle of Midway; Round Pond, who took the Breeders’ Cup Distaff; and more than a dozen other graded stakes winners including American Anthem, Old Fashioned, Rockport Harbor, Winslow Homer and King Jack.

“I am excited to work with Mike and Sam and also thankful for the opportunity,” commented McGreevy. “Our goal is to get to the big races on Saturday afternoon.”

Breeze Easy LLC made their entry into the industry in 2016. They have already campaigned notable runners including 2019 Breeders Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint winner Four Wheel Drive; multiple graded-winning and Grade 1-placed Late Night Pow Wow; graded stakes winner Imprimis, and other stakes scorers Devine Mischief, Karak, Pretty Lady and Curlin’s Honor (in partnership with John Oxley).
