Arnold Schwarzenegger tweeted a video from Sydney on Tuesday, deriding Donald Trump in the wake of the President’s latest poll numbers.
Likely referring to Gallup, which on Sunday recorded POTUS’ approval rating as 39%, Arnold said: ‘Oh, Donald, the ratings are in and you got swamped.’
Donald had mocked Arnold’s ‘swamped’ ratings performance while the latter hosted The New Celebrity Apprentice, succeeding the now-Commander in Chief.

In his new video, Arnold, who at 69 is one year younger than Donald, vamped: ‘Wow! Now you’re in the 30s? But what do you expect?’
Arnold went on: ‘I mean, when you take away after-school programs from children and Meals On Wheels from the poor people, that’s not what you call making American great again.’
The Terminator star was assailing the administration’s proposed cuts to the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s community development block grants, which contribute in small part to funding Meals on Wheels.

He was also denouncing part of the new president’s budget that slashes federal funding to after-school programs in public schools.
‘Come on!’ said Arnold. ‘I mean, who is advising you? Let me give you some advice. Go to a middle school – the Hart Middle School, right in Washington, six miles away from the White House.
‘I take you there, so you can see that the fantastic work that they doing for these children. Let’s do it, huh?’ the Terminator closed out his speech.

Donald Trump began hosting The Apprentice in 2004, and the show ran under that name for its first through sixth seasons, as well as its 10th.
The NBC hit’s seventh through ninth seasons, along with its 11th through 15th, were The Celebrity Apprentice, which Donald departed in 2015.
He did, however, stay on as an executive producer for The New Celebrity Apprentice, which Arnold hosted for one season before announcing earlier this month he’d leave.

Though Arnold’s statement claimed he’d decided to exit the show because of its ‘baggage,’ Donald begged to differ, tweeting as much the next day.
‘Arnold Schwarzenegger isn’t voluntarily leaving the Apprentice, he was fired by his bad (pathetic) ratings, not by me. Sad end to great show,’ wrote POTUS.
A few days after Arnold’s first episode aired, Donald had tweeted: ‘Wow, the ratings are in and Arnold Schwarzenegger got “swamped” (or destroyed) by comparison to the ratings machine, DJT. So much for….’ he trailed off, picking up in the next post.
Donald continued, having tweeted this a couple of weeks before his inauguration: ‘being a movie star-and that was season 1 compared to season 14. Now compare him to my season 1. But who cares, he supported Kasich & Hillary’.
