We all understand that The Athletic’s Dane Brugler knows everything about every NFL Draft prospect since prohibition. I mean have you ever read “The Beast?” But how well can he mesh the New Orleans Saints’ needs and wants for this year’s class? I’ll be the judge. Hehehe!
Brugler published his seven-round mock draft Wednesday, playing general manager for every NFL team. His route with the Saints’ eight picks carries plenty of logic in terms of positions: (in no particular order) two cornerbacks, one edge rusher, one linebacker, one tight end, one running back, one safety, one wide receiver.
