Trisha Paytas is ready for a new love in her life, at least on screen — and it’s superstar Chappell Roan.

“She’s the only mainstream celebrity that has really supported me in my career.” Paytas, 36, exclusively told Us Weekly while promoting her new What Do You Meme? expansion pack. “She’s really given me credibility. She said her dream hype-person would be me and [my daughter] Malibu Barbie. She’s DM’d me and ‘liked’ my photos.”

Paytas noted that she’s previously appeared in music videos for Eminem and Katy Perry, but she has a specific role in mind if she ever gets to work with Roan, 26.

“I’d love to be in a Chappell Roan music video playing the love interest,” the “Just Trish” podcast host told Us. “I’ve never been a love interest, so that would be my ultimate dream.”

Working in film and TV just isn’t enough! Check out celebrities who’ve made surprise appearances in music videos over the years — from Courteney Cox’s classic “Dancing in the Dark” moment with Bruce Springsteen to Kylie Jenner sharing the screen with Travis Scott!

Until Roan calls, Paytas is busy with projects of her own, including her partnership with the What Do You Meme? party game, the object of which is creating hilarious memes.

“I asked all my fans to send me their favorite memes of me, and it was so funny seeing their favorites,” Paytas told Us. “When I asked the audience, the favorite seemed to be my military one and the ones of me on the kitchen floor.”

While some fans laugh at that kitchen floor moment, Paytas explained that the original photo was taken during a dark time in her life.

“I was having literal, untreated mental illness, feeling so sad, depressed and constantly feeling lost,” the “Pink Christmas” singer recalled. “I thought people wanted to see a trainwreck and the only way I could get attention was the negative route, but now that the story has a happy ending, I’m able to look back on that time and laugh and even sell merch and luckily make some money on what was such a hard time for me.”

Now, Paytas says she’s in the happiest time of her life. She became a mom of two in May with the arrival of her second daughter, Elvis. (Her first daughter, Malibu Barbie, was born in September 2022.)

“I really do love where I’m at right now,” Paytas said. “I don’t think about dieting. I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been, but also the happiest I’ve ever been. The moment I was able to stop caring about my body was the time I was able to flourish. My skin cleared up, I was able to get pregnant. I’ve never felt this happy — that sad story did have a happy ending.”
