US parents: what are the biggest challenges facing you and your children?

America is a nation of remarkable wealth and resources. Per capita investments in education and health care are among the highest in the world. And yet across the US, millions of American children are denied the opportunity to thrive.

Recent data shows sky high records of child poverty, with children of immigrants representing over 40% of kids living under the poverty line. Affordable childcare is increasingly hard to find and its cost has been outpaced by inflation.

We want to hear from parents or primary caretakers of kids under the age of 18 about the biggest issues that you and your children are facing. We would also like to know who you get support from whether it’s friends, neighbors or community organizations. Our team is hoping to share stories of real families, raise awareness of the key issues and elevate solutions.
