Join us for the 2020 Golfweek Senior Player of the Year Classic, January 16-18 where on Thursday night January 16, we will honor Golfweek’s top-three nationally ranked players in the Senior, Super Senior and Legends division. We will also present the prestigious “Yancey Ford Award” honoring an individual who has made significant lifetime contributions to amateur golf.
The 2020 Player of the Year Classic at Reunion Resort will give you the opportunity to play two of Florida’s premier courses, The Watson and the new Nicklaus. The Watson is as much about strategy as it is about difficulty. Watson demands that each player carefully consider each approach shot and puts a premium on a solid short game. The Nicklaus course is designed to temp golfers into hitting risky shots with potentially big payoffs, but requires each golfer to step up to the ball with a carefully organized series of shots in mind.
