It is finally NBA Draft week. It may have been delayed by five months this year, but it is here.
There have been scouting reports, mock drafts, big boards, trade rumors and so much more for a pre-draft process that took so long to begin and is now sprinting to a finish. There is no shortage of information.
The Athletic’s Sam Vecenie can wax rhapsodic about any one of the 100 players on his draft board and it is truly an amazing feat. I get lost in his mock drafts just like you do.
But to try to declutter a little bit, I wanted to see what the wisdom of the crowds could brings us instead of any one analyst. Perhaps there could be some knowledge gleaned from looking at the big picture.
